  • Intercept seems simple at first, borrowing from the firm foundations of the famous classic naughts-and-crosses, connect four of your own colour on a square grid and win. First impressions can often be deceptive. The fact that you can connect in three dimensions on four tiers of grids gives naughts-and-crosses a long overdue update as well as a much needed complexity. This is the game to test your logic, your spatial intelligence and your sheer craftiness.
    It wasn't long after we at BestGames managed to get our hands on it and play it for the first time ourselves when we started singing its praises saying 'this is the best thing ever!' Simple to play but dastardly challenging to master, Intercept puts a brand new coat of paint on an old classic and I can say with some confidence that this is the game for you.
