Go is also called Weiqi in Chinese, Igo in Japanese, and Baduk in Korean. It originated in China before 2000 BC.
Each player aims to surround more unoccupied territory and enemy stones than his opponents by positioning stones on the board.
The game ends when the board fills up, or, more often, when both players agree to end it, at which time whoever controls the most territory wins.
Although the game rules are very simple and easy to learn, the practical strategy is extremely complex and gives all types of players many challenging hours of fun.
This magnetic set is easy to carry around and play a game on the go.
