How many games do you know that allow people from 7 to 70 to learn their rules in less than a minute, but for which a full lifetime isn't quite enough to master all of their many aspects?
To win, you have to push 6 marbles out of your opponent's 14 off the hexagon board by outnumbering him/her. On his turn, a player can shift one, two, or three marbles together in any of the six directions, provided there is an adjacent space... in line or broadside. First player to eject six of his/her opponent's marbles wins.
After tossing for colours, blacks play first. Players move in turn. Once played, a move cannot be changed.
Simple? Sure. Simplistic? Of course not. The six directions of movement allow for infinite strategies both offensively and defensively.
